Thank you for considering a donation. A very large portion of our funding comes from individual donations. Please consider being a regular, monthly supporter of our work. Although Hope Healthcare Services does not receive distributions from the United Way general fund, an individual may designate their gift through the United Way.
Please consider a monthly gift:
$25/mo = 1 new patient per month
$50/mo = 2 new patients per month
$75/mo = 3 new patients per month
$100/mo equips a medical exam room for 20 patient-visits
$200/mo pays for the dental supplies for 35 patients
We would love to hear from you and answer any questions you may have, please call us at 317-272-0708 x106. Thank you!
Patient revenue provides approximately 6% of the revenue need for operations. Donations are needed to cover the total expenses generated by the volunteer-service model.
Help us better serve the community.
