Why Hendricks County Needs Hope for Oral Health

At the Hope Healthcare Services, we’re committed to providing a compassionate and friendly atmosphere for your health needs. The clinic focuses on providing medical, dental, and spiritual care to our local community.

Currently, Hendricks County is ranked 2nd in the county for health! This is fantastic, however, there is always room for improvement, and we seek to be a part of that positive change. For example, over 16% of the adult population in Hendrick County are smokers. Smoking can lead to increased tartar buildup, which can lead to gum disease (periodontal disease).

Smoking can increase the risk for a huge host of dental problems. Aside from an increase in tartar, smoking can also increase the risk of oral cancer. It is important that we work as a community to improve our oral health and a good place to start is to limit the number of tobacco products the community smokes regularly. We believe that having a healthier community will help Hope better provide care to the vulnerable populations in Hendricks County.dental patient

More than 8% of our county is currently uninsured. Our dental clinic seeks to help alleviate some burden on these families in our community. We focus on providing quality and compassionate dental care and prioritizing those most in need within Hendricks County.

We believe our patients deserve the best when it comes to their dental visits. Hope makes an effort to make sure you always feel welcome and at ease. Whether requiring a checkup or something else, our team has the skills and resources to care for you.

Hope Healthcare Services is offering various services in the office and as drive-up services. If you’re finding yourself struggling to find and afford dental care, we’re here to help. Take advantage of our programs today to start feeling better without overpaying.

Give Hope Healthcare a call at 317-272-0708 to book an appointment today. If we do not answer, please leave a message, and we will call you back.
