While your out and about this summer, don’t forget the sunscreen! Not only does it help prevent skin cancer later on, but it can also help prevent nasty sunburns and heat exhaustion.

Sunburns affect the body from being able to properly cool itself. If you’ve experienced a sunburn, it is best to stay hydrated, take it easy in the shade or inside for a few days, and treat it with aloe to take away the sting.

Remember it needs to be applied every 2 hours, more if swimming or sweating.
